Job Description

The Telepropector's responsibility is to perform outbound calls generating sale opportunities on new and existing accounts. In addition they will manage accounts for prospecting, suggestive selling and customer service. The Telepropector will mange client activity including coordination and delivery of service.

Job Duties

  • 80%: Perform outbound calls to generate Sales Leads [80-100 per day] to conduct a needs assessment

  • 20%: Management of client activity including Development of new business activity and coordination / delivery of services

  • Qualify the prospect through needs assessment, enter the results into the CRM generating leads and distribute to applicable field sales representatives.

  • Complete all required fields in the CRM with minimal errors

  • Assess and manage clients expectations and ensure quality, timeliness and effectiveness of all work delivered

  • Provide fast and friendly service and patient responses to resident and client inquiries

  • Escalate to management proactively jeopardy accounts, competitive intelligence or any other field issues that we may act on to provide better customer service

  • Promote offerings including new products, and add-ons. Serve as liaison between new client opportunities and sales management

  • Sent out promotional literature to interested prospects

  • Keep abreast of the new product / service offerings

  • Issue and review weekly performance

Job Description

The office assistant is accountable for assisting the dedicated account managers with existing clients with requests and making calls to prospective clients. This individual will perform a wide variety of requests all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operations of One Cell Solutions Inc. The office assistant is expected to accept and assume responsibility and has the ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with prescribed procedures and practices of the company.
